Nordex' stakeholders reject takeover bid
Practically none of the wind OEM's shareholders have accepted Acconia's purchase offer, which is now withdrawn.
Acconia will not be acquiring a full equity position in Nordex this time around. Almost none of the German wind turbine manufacturer's shareholders accepted the Spanish company's purchase offer from November, shows a stock exchange notice from Acconia, first reported by Windpower Monthly.
