Vattenfall signs customer for power offtake from Hollandse Kust Zuid

The Swedish utility has signed a PPA with a customer for a portion of electricity generation from forthcoming Dutch offshore wind farm Hollandse Kust Zuid.

Vattenfall has signed a contract with Air Liquide which will buy power from the upcoming offshore wind farm Hollandse Kust Zuid.

Specifically, the French company commits to offtake of 115MW of the 1.5GW in total, which the offshore wind farm will end up with when fully operational in 2023. Starting from 2025, the agreement spans 15 years.
