As soon as next week, Norwegian onshore wind operators will be liable to pay a special tax on electrical output as officially inscribed in the country’s 2022 state budget, the Norwegian Ministry of Finance reports in a statement.
The levy was, however, first mentioned by the preceding government back in May of 2021.
