
Vestas has received a EUR 475m loan from the European Investment Bank targeting technology development in Denmark.
The loan is meant to support research, development and innovation and capital expenditure tied to deployment of new wind turbine technology. The plan is for the investment to contribute to a technological leap forward and to ”lead the way” in energy production and supply, writes EIB in a press release.
