Vestas expands partnership with LM Wind Power

The Danish manufacturer expands collaboration with blade manufacturer LM Wind Power, now overseeing design and manufacture of rotor blades for an EnVentus platform wind turbine.

GE-owned LM Wind Power and Vestas have signed a deal to expand their partnership.

Per the deal, LM Wind Power will be responsible for designing and manufacturing rotor blades for the V172-7.2MW turbine, one the offerings of Vestas’ EnVentus platform.
