German labor union urges Vestas worker strike
German labor union IG Metall is urging Vestas Deutscheland’s employees to join a five-day strike this week, reports Bloomberg News.
This occurs after talks on pay and part-time contracts for older workers broke down this summer, the union writes in a statement.
Vestas Deutschland employs roughly 1,700 personnel.
