European Energy nominates two board members, one as chairman
The Danish project developer is set to add two major names to the board and sets the stage for the current chairman to step back and be replaced by one of the new picks.

On Dec. 23, European Energy will arrange its general assembly with the intention of bringing in a couple of new board members, the developer informs in a press release.
