Russia sends onshore wind to tender - must be ready in 2018

Four offshore wind projects of just 1.3 GW in Russia will be sent to tender. The first of the 250 MW projects should already be ready in 2018.

In May and June, Russia will put 1.29 GW of onshore wind up for tender. The four projects will be up and running between 2018 and 2021, reports Recharge.
