
In May and June, Russia will put 1.29 GW of onshore wind up for tender. The four projects will be up and running between 2018 and 2021, reports Recharge.
The four projects consist of a 250 MW tender, which should be ready in 2018, 300 MW in 2019, 240 MW in 2020 and 500 MW in 2021. The tender on the projects will be divided in two stages, with the first pre-approval stage running from 29 May - June 2 and the approved projects invited to bid over June 5 - July 9.
