The partnership between Finnish company Fortum and Russian Rusnano was the major winner in Russia's wind tender, where there was 1.9 GW to battle for. Enel also won its bid for two wind projects.

Here, the joint venture between Finnish Fortum and state-owned Russian project developer Rusnano walked away the major winner, with 1 GW.
