After an application was rejected due to a lack of significant information earlier this year, the developer on the "Icebreaker" project in Ohio has now received a promise that the revised application will be processed.

Offshore wind project "Icebreaker" in Ohio took a big step toward approval this Monday. If everything goes according to plan, it will be the first wind farm in the North American region known as the "Great Lakes", near the Canadian-US border, reports Recharge.
