Vestas lands new US order

The Danish turbine manufacturer has once more been awarded a US contract.

Wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has just signed a new contract.

The Danish company will deliver total capacity of 148 MW to the project Cactus Flats in Texas. Delivery is expected to begin this year and the turbines will start spinning next year. Southern Power ordered the 43 V126-3.45 turbines.
