MHI selects carrier for Deutsche Bucht

Danish carrier Esvagt will supply a service vessel to work on a large MHI Vestas project in Germany.

15 years is the amount of time that a newly built vessel from Danish Esvagt will spend servicing MHI Vestas' turbines at the Deutsche Bucht wind farm.

The contract is the longest to date for Esvagt and reflects the 15-year service agreement which MHI Vestas landed when the offshore wind turbine manufacturer was named preferred supplier last year for Deutsche Bucht.
