Danish wind supplier takes over Indian control cabinet business

With the takeover of a business as well as a new factory in India, KK Wind Solutions has gained access to a new market as well as new customers among wind turbine suppliers.

KK Wind Solutions is going full-steam ahead with its plans to enter the Indian wind turbine market. This occurs with the acquisition of the Italian gear manufacturer Bonfiglioli's control cabinet production in India, which is also expanding in the region with the establishment of a new factory close to existing facilities in Bangalore. The takeover will be finalized Sept. 1.
