
Copenhagen's plan to become carbon neutral by 2025 is proving far more difficult to carry out than originally expected.
Not only did the city have to acknowledge last month that it was further from its climate targets than previously believed due to a miscalculation. The mathematical error also caused a major undervaluation of the CO2 emissions in the transportation sector and could make it impossible to fulfill the ambition for Copenhagen to be carbon neutral in 2025.
