Wind developer accuses Poland of trade deal breaches

The Polish government's escalating attempts to undermine the rule of law has led to USD 700 million losses, says US developer Invenergy.

Invenergy has raised a dispute against the Polish government for breaching international trade deals.

The US developer writes in a notification of dispute that Polish President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Beata Szydlo are engaged in a "coordinated conspiracy" to undermine the rule of law and the profitability of the company's projects, leading to a USD 700 million loss for Invenergy.
