Invenergy has raised a dispute against the Polish government for breaching international trade deals.
The US developer writes in a notification of dispute that Polish President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Beata Szydlo are engaged in a "coordinated conspiracy" to undermine the rule of law and the profitability of the company's projects, leading to a USD 700 million loss for Invenergy.
