Russia aims to develop Arctic wind turbine

Three Russian research institutions have reported that they are soon ready, along with international partners, to present the wind turbine platform for use north of the arctic circle.

Russian Association of Wind Power Industry (RAWI) has announced that three Russian research institutions have joined forces to develop a new type of wind turibne.
