UK equity fund Pioneer Point Partners has allegedly made an offer for Danish firm Nature Energy, reports local media TV2 Fyn, which has accessed a draft of the sales agreement.
Pioneer Point Partners is a London-based capital fund specialized in investments within energy, environment and water. The fund has previously invested in Italian solar power.
