EU Commission approves big German utility asset swap

The long pending trade deal involving German utilities Eon, RWE and Innogy has received approval from the EU Commission.

Tuesday, the EU Commission gives its green light to yet another element in the huge deal between German utilities RWE and Eon, wherein the latter will take over ownership of compatriot ditto Innogy.
