
A new corporate management will get the Norwegian energy company Statkraft A/S back on track, informs the utility in a corporate statement. Notably, the current CFO, Hallvard Granheim, will become Executive Vice President Market Operations & IT. Instead, Irene Egset will take over as the group's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
"We are in a period of major restructuring. With this composition of the Corporate Management Statkraft will be well equipped to meet the challenges ahead. Our goal is that Statkraft will be one of the most cost-efficient companies in renewable energy," says CEO Christian Rynning-Tønnesen, in a statement.
