Danish utility sells its Dong shares: It was too risky

Danish energy company Syd Energi (SE) has divested of its shareholding in Dong Energy for EUR 124 million. It was not for lack of money, claims SE, which has profited from its patience.

One of Dong Energy's biggest shareholders has abandoned the ownership circle. Tuesday, Danish energy company Syd Energi (SE) sold out of its 3.6 million shares, corresponding to 0.9 percent of the total Dong shares.
