Senvion launches major budget cuts – 780 will be laid off

A extensive cost-cutting program means German turbine manufacturer Senvion will fire 780 employees.

German manufacturer Senvion will make deep cuts to its production and let 780 employees go, corresponding to around every fifth staff member.

This is part of a comprehensive cost reduction plan intended to identify unnecessary expenses, decrease overcapacity at the factories, and streamline investments.
