World's largest energy company approved

A Chinese wind turbine manufacturer is merging with the world's largest coal producer in a merger which will result in combined assets worth USD 236 billion.

A huge merger has been announced with very few words.

"The merger and reorganization of the national energy investment group China Guodian Corporation and Shenhua Group Co has been approved by the state," confirm the authorities.
