Green breakthrough: Power plant specialist ready to sell after record year

Earnings have skyrocketed at Aalborg Energie Technik and now the owners are ready to cash in the rewards.

Danish engineering company Aalborg Energie Technik (AET) has been riding the green wave off the radar, and now it has proved a successful venture for the firm.

Over three years, AET has multiplied profits tenfold to DKK 60 million (USD 9.64 million) and, according to Finans' information, has hired investment bank Carnegie to investigate the possibilities for a divestment.
