Danfoss earned DKK 3.5 billion (EUR 470 million) in the first nine months of this year. This is a 10 percent improvement on EBITDA relative to the same period last year. Meanwhile, revenue has jumped to DKK 29.1 billion. This is four percent more than the same period last year, shows the group's latest report, which has just been published.

Looking at the report alone, the figures are not so impressive. While Danfoss booked increased revenue by 3 percent to DKK 9.48 billion in the third quarter, earnings were two percent less than the same quarter last year. EBITDA in the third quarter ended at DKK 1.25 billion against DKK 1.27 billion.
