
Maersk Energy is weighing a sale of its oil and gas activities in Brazil, according to news agency Reuters, as part of the efforts to focus its business on fewer areas.
"We have said that we will focus on fewer geographies and certainly in the North Sea. Norway and the U.K. will be an area of focus for Maersk Oil," said Maersk Energy CEO Claus Hemmingsen in relation to the annual GE Oil and Gas meeting in Florence, Italy.
