Maersk Supply Service has nine new vessels on the way this year

While Maersk's ailing oil carrier is working to reduce its fleet of vessels, the carrier will see nine new buildings delivered in the remaining part of 2017.

A total of nine newbuildings corresponding to almost a third of the current fleet will be delivered to ailing oil carrier Maersk Supply Service in the remaining months of 2017.
