Copenhagen may become home to two new wind farms
Danish utility Hofor will soon find out if it can begin the large-scale development of offshore wind off the island of Amager in Copenhagen. These wind turbines could potentially be built without state subsidies if wind, subcontractors and authorities allow it.
Within a few years, the people of Copenhagen could be sunbathing and swimming alongside new wind turbines.
