Airport owner wants 100 percent electric air traffic in Norway

The national airport company in Norway thinks that aviation traffic can soon be converted from oil to electricity, and is thus now investing in greener infrastructure for aviation.

Norway is among the leading countries when it comes to converting personal car transport from combustion engines to potentially green electric cars, but within a foreseeable future Norwegians will also see a transition to electricity in aviation, says the country's national airport operator Avinor.
