Ørsted gets establishment licenses in Taiwan

The energy company expects to make its final investment decision for its first two offshore wind projects in Taiwan in the second quarter of this year.

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs has issued establishment licenses for Ørsted's two offshore wind projects, Changhua 1 & 2a, which have a combined capacity of 900 MW, confirms Ørsted Chief Executive Henrik Poulsen in a teleconference following the annual report 2018.
