European offshore to slow in 2020, resurge in 2021

The expiration of subsidies and the prospect of new politicians means 2020 will be a slump year for offshore wind installations, but the sector will make its comeback in 2021.

Europe's offshore wind market seems to be entering a year that will be weaker than 2019, before installations regain momentum in 2021, reports Bloomberg New Energy Finance.
