Spain's EDP Renováveis and French Engie signed an agreement to set up an offshore joint venture, awaited to become a reality during the first quarter.

In May last year, Spanish utility EDP Renováveis and France's Engie announced that they would join forces within offshore wind, and this is now expected to turn into reality during this year's first quarter.
