Bankrupt BWE gets new owner

After just a few days with a "for sale" sign in the window, Burmeister & Wain Energy has been sold. Now it can be confirmed that the new owner is an old acquaintance of the company.

Danish boiler manufacturer Burmeister & Wain Energy has found its new owner very closer to home - Burmeister & Wain Scandinavian Contractor (BWSC).

Both companies originate from the old Danish shipyard Burmeister & Wains, and now both will be assembled under the same roof in Allerød, Denmark.
