Fortum wins big at Russian auction
The Forum-Rusnano consortium has won rights to install 823 MW subsidized onshore wind in Russia. In the same auction, Finnish Fortum has also won rights to install 110 MW in solar capacity.
The Finnish energy company Fortum has reaped an excellent harvest at the Russian Capacity SUpply Agreement (CSA) auction.
