Danfoss heads toward record year in sales and 2018 earnings

Pollution in China has driven demand for energy efficient solutions and left a positive impact on the H1 report of industry giant Danfoss. According to CEO Kim Fausing, the country will become the company's largest market within a few years.

Pollution problems in China and the country's focus on shifting to greener energy via major investments in cleantech such as heating pumps and district heating have been highlighted in the first half-yearly report from Danish industry giant Danfoss in a year, which, according to CEO Kim Fausing and CFO Jesper V. Christensen, could become the company's most powerful year measured in sales and earnings.
