Industrial espionage could cost Velux over EUR 600 million

Velux has said that it risks losses of DKK 5 billion (EUR 670 million) due to a major case of industrial espionage after its competitor Fakro allegedly gained insight into the company's internal documents.

Internal documents winding up in the wrong hands could now mean a huge loss for Velux. The company says that an industrial espionage case from 2016 could lead to a DKK 5 billion loss (EUR 670 million) for the company.
