MEPs agree to CO2-reduction target – EV industry cheers

The EU Parliament's environment committee has agreed to require European carmakers to reduce CO2 emissions by 45 percent by 2030 relative to 2021 levels. This could means millions of new electric vehicle sales, a Danish EV interest group evaluates.
