Velux carries out its largest acquisition to date

The Danish cleantech group is taking over a large Dutch business and is establishing a new division

The Danish manufacturer of cleantech products such as skylight windows, Velux, has conducted what it is being called its largest acquisition ever. The company is acquiring German firm Jet-Group from Dutch investment company Egeria.
