
Almost every other newly registered passenger car in June was entirely electric in Norway. And every second of these was a Tesla model, according to figures from Norwegian organization Opplysningsrådet for Veitrafikken (OFV), an information body providing data on road traffic.
In total, 15,352 new passenger cars were registered in June. Of these, 7,428 were zero-emission vehicles – an 87 percent rise compared to June 2018.
