Every second new car in Norway is electric

In June, more than 15,000 passenger cars were newly registered in Norway. Of these, almost every second car was electric.

Almost every other newly registered passenger car in June was entirely electric in Norway. And every second of these was a Tesla model, according to figures from Norwegian organization Opplysningsrådet for Veitrafikken (OFV), an information body providing data on road traffic.
