Nel closes deal with Everfuel
The Danish-Norwegian hydrogen company has in conjunction with Everfuel settled on an ownership structure, and the companies also enter a sales and service agreement worth EUR 100 million.
In early June, Nel and Everfuel stated that the two companies were in the process of landing a deal to spin off Everfuel from Nel.
