Offshore wind developer launches hydrogen effort

Svea Vind Offshore, set to develop 9 GW of offshore wind distributed among nine Swedish projects alongside Iberdrola, forms a collaboration with Swedish energy authorities on hydrogen production.

Sweden's Svea Vind Offshore currently doesn't have a single offshore wind turbine at its disposal; but with a portfolio of 9 GW in the Swedish Baltic covering eight projects as well as majority owner in the form of Spanish utility Iberdrola to help realize it, this might very well change.
