Danfoss merges major divisions

Going forward, Danfoss will consist of three business legs instead of four. The Danish industrial firm will also expand its presence on individual markets following a successful local approach in China.

Danish industrial company Danfoss enters a new phase with a transformed business that will stand on three business legs instead of four going forward. The firm will also be banking on emerging markets in particular via a regional setup, says the company's CEO in an interview with Finans.
