Freyr receives EUR 14m grant for pilot facility

Freyr has received NOK 142m from Enova as partial financing for development and establishment of a pilot facility in Mo i Rana, Norway, which is to become Freyr's first clean battery production plant.

Norway's Freyr is now one step closer to finishing its battery project in Mo i Rana, Northern Norway, as the battery manufacturer receives another grant from state fund Enova, the company writes in a press release.
