Haldor Topsøe forms joint venture with Chinese oil giant

In a new "long-term strategic cooperation" with Chinese conglomerate Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum, Haldor Topsøe will produce methanol catalysts for the Chinese market. A new catalyst factory will commence establishment in 2022.

Danish catalysis specialist Haldor Topsøe means to secure a larger piece of China's methanol market in a new partnership with Chinese oil and gas conglomerate Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum.
