European Energy and Mitsui finalize transaction of Danish solar farm and PtX plant

The sale to the Japanese trading company received the stamp of approval from the EU Commission in August, and the deal has now been finalized.

The Danish Kassø solar farm and Power-to-X plant now has Japanese Mitsui as an owner. After the now closed deal, the Japanese company holds 49% of the ownership of the plant, European Energy announces in a press release.
