Danish Energy Minister wants industry commitments before building hydrogen pipe

A plan for hydrogen infrastructure connecting Denmark and Germany was supposed to be announced last week, but Danish Energy Minister Lars Aagaard wants commitments from utility companies before the state assumes the cost.
