Green Hydrogen Systems’ board of directors has nominated former Siemens Wind Power chief exec Andreas Nauen and Thomas Broe-Andersen to the board, after chairman of the board Christian Clausen and Simon Krogsgaard Ibsen have chosen not to stand for re-election.

Green Hydrogen Systems writes this ahead of the annual general meeting on April 9, 2024.

German Andreas Nauen was CEO of Siemens Renewable Energy from 2020 to 2022, and Thomas Broe-Andersen is a former senior partner in the private equity firm FSN Capital.
