CIP rakes in two-thirds of EU hydrogen tender funds: "Will greatly benefit the market"

The EU’s pilot tender for green hydrogen production awarded EUR 719m in support for seven specific projects, of which two are run by Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners.

In the spirit of hydrogen, the mood at CIP was both light and uplifted on Tuesday. Of the more than EUR 719m awarded from the EU’s pilot tender for green hydrogen production, a consortia led by the Danish infrastructure fund won almost EUR 476m. This corresponds to two-thirds of the total funding.
