
Denmark's industry for consulting engineering will now include a new major player. Engineering firms Niras and Alectia are merging their businesses, which will create a company with more than 2,000 employees total, reveal the two companies in a statement.
The merger will be carried out by combining the two funds, which are the majority shareholders, and then combining the operational companies. According to Niras and Alectia, this means that instead of spending money on acquisitions, the merged company can use its strength to continue an international growth strategy.
