Big merger creates new engineering player in Denmark

Two large Danish funds which respectively own the engineering companies Niras and Alectia, will now merge and create a new engineering giant. The CEO of Niras will be the head of the combined company.

Denmark's industry for consulting engineering will now include a new major player. Engineering firms Niras and Alectia are merging their businesses, which will create a company with more than 2,000 employees total, reveal the two companies in a statement.
