Niels B. Christiansen appointed new CEO of Lego

Former Danfoss Chief Executive Niels B. Christiansen has been appointed to be the new CEO of Lego.

Neils B. Christiansen, who previously served as chief executive officer of Danfoss, will now take up the position of CEO at Lego Group, states Lego in a press release.

Christiansen will start his new job on Oct. 1 and replace Bali Padda, 61, who has headed the toy major for around eight months since last December when Jørgen Vig Knudstorp stepped down as CEO and became chair of Lego Brand Group.
