EU Commission clears sale of Maersk Oil to Total

A.P. Moeller-Maersk has received approval from the EU Commission to sell oil company Maersk Oil to France's Total.

The EU Commission has cleared A.P. Moeller-Maersk's sale of oil company Maersk Oil to French Total, informs the Commission in an update Wednesday. A deadline for the approval had been set for Friday this week.
